The electronic versions of the Effort Certification
Statement have been approved by SPA. Departments will be able to
generate forms for Effort Certification as described in the Job
Aides.
The menu items listed below can be downloaded directly into applications
on PC or Macintoch machines.
Any changes to these forms or use of alternate
versions must be approved by the Effort unit in SPA.
